Appointment of Sandra Laflamme, General Manager of Deslauriers & Associés and Deslauriers Assurances

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Sandra Laflamme as General Manager of Deslauriers & Associés and Deslauriers Assurances. She will also retain her position as vice president, human resources for Synex Business Performance’s partner firms.

About Sandra Laflamme

A member of the team for nearly four years now, Sandra previously held the position of Vice President, Operational Efficiency and Human Resources. In her new role, she will be responsible for supervising daily operations at the firms, crafting and imple-menting a development strategy, ensuring profitability, and seeing to the satisfac-tion and well-being of clients and work teams alike.

With more than 25 years of experience in the field, including 15 in team management, Sandra is a dedicated, proactive, and inspiring leader with a people-oriented approach to decision making.

She holds a certificate in organizational management from Université Laval, a DEC in property and casualty insurance, and the title of Associate Insurance Broker (A.I.B). In the course of her career, Sandra has shown her commitment time and time again through her involvement in strategic projects at all our partner firms.
