Synex Business Performance announces partnership with leading Vancouver employee benefits firm

Synex Business Performance (“Synex” or “the group”) is delighted to announce a new partnership with ZLC Employee Benefits Solutions (“ZLC EBS”), the employee benefit division of ZLC Financial, a well-respected boutique financial services firm based in Vancouver, British Columbia (B.C.).

This newly-formed partnership represents Synex’s largest deal completed to date through Synex Group Solutions. The addition of ZLC EBS brings more than $130 million of premium volume per year and secures Synex’s position as a major player on Canada’s West Coast and across the country, as ZLC operates in B.C., Manitoba, Alberta and Ontario. This partnership will also strengthen relationships with Synex's other general insurance divisions located in Western Canada.

This strategic partnership was facilitated between the two companies over the last several months with the help of corporate finance and M&A advisory group, Sequeira Partners, led by Kellie Manchester. The partnership officially comes into effect on April 1, 2022.
